An Actor Prepares – or Not?

Richenda Carey, Vice-President of The Shaw Society will be in conversation with her actor, writer, and audiobook producer husband, John Foley, discussing, among other topics, her most recent experiences touring ‘Summer 1954’, a Terence Rattigan double bill (‘Table Number 7’ in which Siân Phillips starred, and ‘The Browning Version’) which some members attended.

The intention is to provide insights into acting on stage, favourite playwrights, responding to different audiences, touring experiences, and some light-hearted anecdotes of dramas behind the scenes, after her many years in the business. (Over half a century!)
