Saint Joan by Bernard Shaw

Our April playreading is SAINT JOAN by Bernard Shaw, dramatising the life and trials of Joan of Arc, for which Shaw won the Nobel Prize for Literature in 1925. With not enough time to read the whole play, our playreading facilitator, director Catherine Arden, will make the necessary cuts and outline the missing scenes. The full script will be distributed in advance, and printed copies will be available on the night.
